看着应该是mirrors.tencentyun.com挂了，都ping不通，更换源就好了:

首先备份源列表#

sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.bk

修改sources.list文件#

sudo vi /etc/apt/sources.list

编辑/etc/apt/sources.list文件, 在文件最前面添加阿里云镜像源#
